Major America’s Book Club Intro

I’m a mid-aged middle manager who loves good books, fancy coffee, and lively discussions among friends. While there is only one Captain America, and I am definitely not him, I hope to one day make a difference in the world in my own (much more academic) way. This blog is an informal collection of my reflections on key ideas and concepts I find in books by successful executives who have made their mark on the world stage. I will specifically focus on their decision making- both how they implemented their course of action and why they chose that particular solution.
